Intellectual Property

The Scalz Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as discussed in the service agreement. Excessive revisions or requests outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges.

No Guarantees

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable. Any pending invoices must be cleared upon termination.
